Lipitor (Atorvastatin) is a medication prescribed to patients who have high cholesterol and are at risk of heart attack or stroke.  It is used in combination with diet, lifestyle and exercise to best reduce the risks.

Plavix

If you are taking Lipitor, it may further reduce your chances of heart-related issues as Lipitor also aides in lowering the risk for heart attack or heart issues.

Nexium

Nexium is used to treat symptoms of acid reflux disease and to heal damage to the esophagus called erosive esophagitis. If you have trouble with acid reflux, you should discuss with your doctor how this may affect you taking Lipitor.

Advair

Advair is prescribed to prevent asthma attacks, or to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. If you are on Lipitor, frequently liver checks are advised, as both of these medications may cause liver damage.

Singulair

Singulair is used to treat indoor and outdoor allergies in both adults and children. If you are taking Lipitor, it may cause inflammation of the sinuses. Consult with your doctor before taking both medications simultaneously.

Prevacid

Prevacid (lansoprazole) is a proton pump inhibitor and is prescribed to decrease the amount of acid produced in the stomach, as well as treat ulcers and esophagitis. If taking Lipitor, consult with your doctor, as it may interfere with your diet and the dosage of Prevacid.
